By using VisiGrid, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use VisiGrid. VisiGrid is provided by RegAtlas, LLC ("we", "us", "our").

VisiGrid is licensed under the AGPLv3, in full and with nothing held back. You may use, modify, and distribute it according to that license. See the License page for details.

The iPhone, iPad and Mac App Store versions are paid downloads of this same AGPLv3 app. Apple sells them, takes the payment, and sets the refund policy — we never see your payment details. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. The direct downloads for Mac, Windows and Linux are free, and always will be.

VisiGrid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• VisiGrid will meet your specific requirements
• VisiGrid will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected

You use VisiGrid at your own risk. We recommend keeping backups of important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegAtlas, LLC shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for VisiGrid

This applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of VisiGrid after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
