A real spreadsheet for iPhone

The same Rust engine as the desktop app.

Rebuilt for one hand.

Buy once. iPad included. No account.

VisiGrid for iPhone runs the full desktop formula engine on your phone — not a viewer, not a thin client to someone's cloud. Tables become cards, a widget keeps one cell on your Lock Screen, and your files stay in the Files app.

The right place to add a row is the phone in your hand.

Spreadsheets on a phone are read-only in practice

Excel and Google Sheets both run on iPhone, and both hand you the desktop grid shrunk to five inches. You pinch, you scroll, you tap the wrong cell, you give up and wait until you're at a laptop.

So the number you meant to log doesn't get logged. The mileage, the expense, the reading, the set you just finished.

Meanwhile the phone is the one device you always have, and it's faster than the laptop you're waiting to get back to.

A phone spreadsheet should be built for a phone — not shrunk from a desktop.

VisiGrid for iPhone is the desktop engine with a phone-shaped front end. Same formulas, same files, one hand.

Record view: one row per screen

Any table becomes a stack of cards, one record per screen. Swipe between rows, tap a field, type. No column hunting, no accidental edits three cells to the right.

Formulas compute live as you type. Enter an amount and the tax column, the running total, and the month's sum update before you lift your thumb.

It's the same sheet underneath. Switch back to the grid on iPhone, or open the file on iPad or desktop, and every row you added is where it belongs.

Record view is a view, not a different file format. Your .sheet, .xlsx, and .csv files work unchanged.

Glance: one cell on your Home or Lock Screen

Pin any cell to a widget. A balance, a countdown, a tally, a KPI — whatever number you keep opening the file to check.

It updates as you log. Add a row in record view and the widget reflects the new total the next time you look at your phone.

Formulas count too. Pin =SUM(B:B) or =TODAY()-A2 and the widget shows the computed value, not the formula.

Formulas without the symbol hunt

An operator bar sits above the keyboard: =, +, *, parentheses, the range colon, and a one-tap SUM. Formula autocomplete suggests from all 123 functions as you type.

Every edit is undoable on the phone, the same as everywhere else VisiGrid runs.

It's the desktop engine, so what you write on the phone recalculates identically on every other platform.

Same engine as VisiGrid on Mac, Windows, and Linux. Same inputs, same outputs.

Your files, in the Files app

Open .sheet, Excel (.xlsx), and CSV files straight from the Files app, iCloud Drive, or any provider that shows up there. Share back out in any of those formats.

Nothing is uploaded to VisiGrid. There is no VisiGrid account to create, no sync service in the middle, no cloud requirement.

A home screen shows your recent files, so the sheet you log to every day is one tap from launch.

When it matters

Logging on the go

Mileage, expenses, reps, readings, inventory counts. Record view makes adding a row a ten-second job.

The number you keep checking

Budget left, days to deadline, units on hand. Pin it to the Lock Screen and stop opening the file.

Offline, anywhere

Basements, flights, job sites. The engine is on the phone; nothing needs a connection.

Desktop parity

Same engine and files as VisiGrid on Mac, Windows, Linux, and iPad. Log on the phone, analyze at the desk.
