Terms of Service

By using VisiGrid or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use VisiGrid. VisiGrid is provided by RegAtlas, LLC ("we", "us", "our").

The free edition of VisiGrid is licensed under the AGPLv3. You may use, modify, and distribute it according to that license. See the License page for details.

When you purchase VisiGrid Pro, you receive a license to use the Pro features. What you get:

• Access to all Pro features
• For perpetual licenses: lifetime access to the version purchased, plus updates for one year
• For subscriptions: access for the duration of your subscription

What you cannot do:

• Share, resell, or transfer your license key
• Use one license on an unlimited number of devices (reasonable personal use only)
• Reverse engineer the Pro licensing mechanism

We offer a 14-day refund policy for Pro licenses. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. To request a refund, email: support@visigrid.com

VisiGrid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• VisiGrid will meet your specific requirements
• VisiGrid will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected

You use VisiGrid at your own risk. We recommend keeping backups of important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegAtlas, LLC shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for VisiGrid

This applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of VisiGrid after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
