VisiGrid is a local-first application. Your spreadsheet data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. This privacy policy covers:
  • The VisiGrid desktop application
  • The VisiGrid website (visigrid.com)
  • Pro license purchases

VisiGrid Application

We collect no data from the VisiGrid application.
  • No telemetry
  • No crash reports
  • No usage analytics
  • No network requests (except for optional update checks)
Your files, formulas, and data remain entirely on your device. We have no access to them.

Website

When you visit visigrid.com, we may collect: Cloudflare Analytics

We use Cloudflare for hosting, which provides privacy-friendly analytics. This includes aggregated data like page views and visitor counts. No cookies are used, and no personal data is collected.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this only to send release announcements and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments

Pro licenses are processed through Stripe. When you purchase a Pro license:
  • Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe
  • We receive your email address and purchase details
  • We do not store credit card numbers

Data Retention

  • Newsletter emails: Retained until you unsubscribe
  • Purchase records: Retained for accounting and support purposes

  • Request a copy of any data we have about you
